Prior to joining PagerDuty, Williams co-founded Sticky Technologies, an AI-driven startup. He also held a leadership role at Zendesk, where he played a critical role in scaling revenue from $220 million to $1 billion. His three decades of experience in technology companies, including leadership positions at VerticalResponse, YP, Palm, and Handspring, have equipped him with deep expertise in product development and go-to-market strategies.

Williams will report directly to Jeffrey Hausman and will oversee the evolution of PagerDuty’s cloud solutions. His appointment aligns with the company’s commitment to automation and AI-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and digital incident response.
