Voices, a leading global voice solutions platform, has appointed Ruth Zive as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
With extensive experience in scaling marketing teams and strategies for AI-driven enterprises, Zive is set to spearhead Voices’ expansion into emerging AI markets and enhance its go-to-market (GTM) strategy. Her leadership comes at a crucial time as the company strengthens its role in providing AI-driven voice solutions.
A Seasoned Leader in AI Marketing
Prior to joining Voices, Zive served as CMO at LivePerson, where she led a global marketing team dedicated to AI-powered customer engagement. Before that, she played a pivotal role in transforming Ada, a conversational AI company, achieving triple-digit growth during her tenure.
“Ruth is a highly experienced marketing leader who understands the evolving AI landscape and the significance of voice in this transformation,” said Jay O’Connor, CEO of Voices. “As businesses increasingly rely on voice AI and data to enhance AI model training, Ruth’s expertise will be instrumental in aligning our marketing vision with our technological innovations.”
The Importance of Human-Centered AI
As AI continues to revolutionize industries, Zive emphasizes the importance of maintaining a balance between AI-driven automation and human authenticity. “In an era where AI is reshaping interactions, a brand’s voice has never been more critical,” she said. “Voices has been a trusted partner for global brands for over two decades, helping them find their voice. However, as AI adoption grows, it’s crucial to ensure that human voices remain at the core of this evolution.”
She further stressed that overlooking the role of real, authentic voices in AI-driven experiences could lead to potential ethical and regulatory risks.
